At Whole Latte Love, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home espresso experience. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in new condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Clean and Pack

  Thoroughly clean your machine, drain all water from the boilers, and pack the item securely in its original double-boxed packaging with all included accessories.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed to avoid carrier confusion.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit to confirm it is in like-new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
